Twilight Jubilee

"Twilight Jubilee," from Morgan Jones's Animals series, depicts a whimsical forest scene at dusk where two foxes partake in a tea party. One fox sits attentively on a vintage red chair, while the other rests comfortably on a similar chair across a table adorned with a lace tablecloth and tea set under the soft glow of a chandelier hanging from a tree.

Each original piece of art is made by Morgan from start to finish, including the wood panel and floating frame. After mounting the image to the wood panel, Morgan carefully applies several layers of mixed media embellishments such as gel medium, varnish, 12K white gold leaf, and paint.
